Job summary

Naiman Clarke on the Gold Coast is seeking a mid-senior litigation lawyer. You will manage full litigation matters, including insolvency and dispute resolution, across a diverse client base—from individuals to large corporations.

You will work directly with the firm directors in a fast-paced team, benefiting from mentorship and a clear path for career progression while enjoying a balanced work culture and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in litigation with insolvency and dispute resolution exposure.
• Excellent communication, drafting and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and client rapport ability.
• Australian or NZ law degree from accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day litigation cases from start to finish.
• Attend court hearings and negotiate settlements.
• Advise a range of clients including individuals, small businesses and large corporations.
• Collaborate with Directors in a fast-paced team environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Mid‑senior Lawyer with 2+ years PQE, with proven experience in Litigation
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, research & drafting skills.
• The ability to build rapport and form relationships with clients.
• The ability to manage multiple caseloads, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
