Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare memos.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and court documents.
• Review disclosure material and prepare evidence.
• Manage client communications and provide updates.
• Prepare for trials, mediations, and hearings.
• Support senior lawyers while developing independence.
• Handle file management, deadlines, and diary tracking.

A full-time opportunity is available in theGold Coast OR Brisbane officefor a Commercial Litigation Lawyer with more than2 years PAEto join the expanding disputes team.

You will work closely with senior litigators on a wide range of matters across Queensland, New South Wales, federal jurisdictions, and various tribunals — with the opportunity to quickly gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting legal research and preparing memos
• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and other court documents
• Reviewing disclosure material and preparing evidence
• Managing client communication and updates
• Preparing for trials, mediations, and hearings
• Supporting senior lawyers while developing independence
• File management, court deadlines, and diary tracking
