Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation matters including contracts and disputes.
• Advise on building and construction disputes.
• Insolvency, bankruptcy, Credit Code and ACL matters.
• Contribute to client relationships and matter strategy.
