Qualifikationen

• 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with strong commercial litigation and regulatory experience.
• Admitted to practise in Australia.
• High degree of commercial acumen with ability to translate legal information for a lay audience.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and project management skills.

• Manage and oversee disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel and developing strategies.
• Provide oversight and advice on customer or contractual disputes, complaints, and information requests.
• Deliver commercial legal advice, review agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise on internal policies and terms of use.
