KONE Newcastle is seeking a Maintenance Troubleshooter to join our high performing Service team. You will diagnose and resolve complex lift and escalator faults, perform first visits on new equipment, and provide on-site and remote support for critical breakdowns while coaching technicians.

Travel across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW is required to support technicians and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Lift industry experience is essential.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex lift/escalator faults.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and stakeholder expectations.
• Current NSW Electrical Licence required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues for lifts and escalators.
• Perform first visits and assessments of new equipment as needed.
• Provide remote and onsite support to critical callouts.
• Share knowledge and coach maintenance technicians.
• Ensure safety, health and quality standards are followed across NSW.
• Travel across Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern NSW to assist teams.
