Ensure Recruitment has partnered with a leading life insurer to offer a Senior Life Claims Consultant opportunity in Australia. If you’ve been managing your own portfolio, building technical knowledge and delivering outcomes for customers, this is your next step.

You’ll lead a reduced portfolio of complex income protection and/or TPD claims, mentor teammates, and contribute to claims strategy while enjoying hybrid working and supportive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims, including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
• Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a reduced portfolio of complex income protection and/or TPD claims.
• Be an important reference for the wider claims team.
• Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies.
