Ensure Recruitment is seeking a Senior Claims Consultant for Group Life Insurance in Sydney. You will manage a reduced portfolio of complex income protection and/or TPD claims and act as a reference point for the wider claims team.

The role offers hybrid working (1–2 days in the office), additional leave, supportive culture, rewards and recognition programs, plus ongoing professional development. If you have demonstrated experience in life insurance claims and mentoring, this could be your next

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
• Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants.
