Ensure Recruitment is partnering with a leading life insurer to attract an experienced Senior Claims Consultant. You will manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims and serve as a reference point for the wider claims team.

This hybrid role (1–2 days in the office) offers strong leadership, collaboration, and opportunities to influence claims strategy. Candidates should have proven experience in group or retail life insurance claims and file reviews.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated experience assessing group or retail life insurance claims.
• Experience conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals.
• Ability to coach and mentor new starters and experienced consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims.
• Be a reference point for the wider claims team and share expertise.
• Complete file reviews and provide advice on claims strategies.
