Job summary

Colin Biggers & Paisley in Sydney seeks a Senior Licensed Conveyancer/Project Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Property Practice. You will manage large-scale off-the-plan projects from contract issue to settlement using our digital platforms, coordinating across clients, real estate agents, lenders and internal teams.

You will bring 4–5 years' experience in conveyancing, strong knowledge of PEXA and electronic contract exchange platforms, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

4–5 years' experience as Licensed Conveyancer/Project Conveyancing Paralegal.
Experience with large scale off the plan developments.
Strong knowledge of NSW Conveyancing Act 1919, Division 10.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day off the plan conveyancing matters from contract issue to completion.
Prepare and issue electronic off the plan contracts for residential and commercial.
Draft correspondence to purchaser's representatives including amendments.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders.
Coordinate settlements and manage PEXA workspaces.
Prepare notices to complete and related contract notices.
