Job summary

Epic IT is seeking an experienced Level 3 System Administrator to tackle high-severity infrastructure and system issues for diverse client environments. Based in North Perth, you’ll join a fast-paced MSP team delivering expert support, with potential mentorship responsibilities.

The role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system administration across servers, networking, security, and cloud services, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in server management and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to rapidly resolve high-severity issues and document solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting & Escalation Management for high-severity issues.
• Root Cause Analysis and preventive solutions across client systems.
• Client communication & updates during escalations with clear technical explanations.
• System administration across servers, networking, security, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS).
• Tier 2/3 escalation handling following ITIL practices and SLAs.
• Proactive system monitoring to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
• Documentation custodian for troubleshooting guides and configurations.
• Process improvement to enhance service delivery and team efficiency.
