Job summary

Showtime Consulting seeks an experienced Level 3 SME (ASUP 5 / TECH 5) to support critical applications and ICT services within a secure government environment. The role is based in Canberra and supports mission-critical systems within Defence environments.

This position suits a versatile technical professional who thrives troubleshooting across a broad stack and improving reliability and performance of enterprise platforms, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver excellent operational

Qualifications

Experience in application support or sustainment in enterprise/government environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across complex tech stacks.
Security clearance experience or eligibility is highly desirable (NV1/NV2).

Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 support and sustainment across diverse applications and platforms.
Perform systems administration, application support, troubleshooting, and operational tasks.
Investigate and resolve complex issues spanning apps, infra, integrations and services.
Support incident, problem, change, risk and security management processes.
Engage with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable service outcomes.
Identify opportunities for automation, service improvement and operational efficiency.
