Mortgage House is seeking a Lending Manager to join our office-based team in North Sydney, delivering tailored mortgage solutions and managing a portfolio from application to settlement. You will originate referrals and nurture client relationships to drive settlements while working autonomously in a high-performing office environment.

Qualificações

• Expert-level technical and professional skills in residential lending and mortgage management.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and develop referral networks.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, target-driven lending portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Originate referrals through networks and direct customer advocacy.
• Maintain a quarterly referral plan with targets and review progress.
• Record outreach, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM accurately.
• Engage inbound leads and provide diverse lending options.
• Manage clients from lead to settlement and post-settlement support.
• Keep up-to-date with funding policies, rate changes, and competitors.
