Qualifikationen

• 10+ years post-qualification experience.

• Ability to engage directly with project directors and senior teams.

Aufgaben

• Act as senior legal adviser to the project and provide day-to-day support.
• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and variations.
• Advise on contract administration, claims management, and dispute avoidance.
• Develop subcontracting arrangements and risk allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to protect positions.
• Support tendering and procurement processes with contractual risk analysis.
• Manage interface issues and PPP-related contractual matters.
• Identify disputes early and drive practical resolutions.
