Wolf & Williams is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel ANZ – Construction with 8+ PQE to provide commercially astute advice across major transport projects. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience in front-end construction, projects and related transactions.
• Experience leading tender processes and project teams.
• Private practice and in-house exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to manage complex multi-party issues with a commercially focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage tender processes for major projects from initiation to award, in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the legal team.
• Negotiate high-value PPP contracts.
• Advise on procurement strategies including PPPs, competitive bidding, and alternative delivery models.
• Draft and review project-specific legal documents to support mobilisation.
• Advise on regulatory compliance (environmental, planning, health and safety) during pre- and post-construction.
• Structure transactions and support negotiation/execution of major project deals across the ANZ region.
• Collaborate with external counsel on health and safety compliance and investigations (approx. one site visit per month).
• Provide proactive legal/commercial advice and mitigate contractual risks to minimise disputes.
