Job summary

Wolf & Williams, a specialist legal recruitment firm, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a major Australian infrastructure portfolio. You will provide end-to-end legal support on construction, procurement and project agreements, and work with senior leaders across legal, commercial and development teams.

This hands-on role offers autonomy, exposure to complex, large-scale projects and the opportunity to influence strategic growth initiatives across Australia.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE in infrastructure, construction, projects or energy.
• Experience from law firm or in-house teams.
• Strong commercial contracting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising on construction, procurement and project-related agreements.
• Supporting project development, bids and strategic growth initiatives.
• Negotiating commercial arrangements with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Providing governance, risk and day-to-day commercial advice.
• Partnering with senior leaders across legal, commercial and development teams.
