Job summary

Wolf & Williams is expanding and seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Projects & Construction to support a portfolio of large-scale infrastructure developments. The role reports to the Head of Legal and collaborates with commercial teams across Australia and North America.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years PQE in infrastructure or construction, strong contract negotiation skills (EPC, D&C), and experience across energy-related projects. Sydney CBD base with permanent opportunity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ PQE in infrastructure/construction law.
• Experience with major projects and capital-intensive developments.
• Exposure to energy sector or similar high-value projects is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and negotiate major construction and infrastructure contracts, including EPC, D&C and bespoke construction agreements.
• Consultant and supply agreements.
• Equipment procurement and critical infrastructure supply arrangements.
• Manage external counsel in Australia, Europe and North America.
• Partner closely with development, engineering, procurement and executive teams.
