Job summary

Wolf & Williams, a leading technology law practice in Australia, seeks an experienced technology Transactions lawyer to enable commercial and technology strategy across Australia and North America. You will negotiate customer agreements for AI, cloud, and HPC services and advise on data protection, IP, and cybersecurity in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Qualifications

10+ years post-qualification experience in technology/enterprise contracts.
Experience advising on AI, data privacy, cybersecurity and data governance.
Proven ability to negotiate complex customer agreements and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice on global technology procurement and cloud services.
Lead negotiation and structuring of complex customer agreements and enterprise deals.
Advise on IP ownership, data protection, warranties, SLAs and exit provisions in tech contracts.
Support technology due diligence, M&A tech risks, and integration issues.
Develop scalable contracting playbooks and governance for rapid onboarding.
