You will lead research and scholarly activity, develop academics and practitioners, and cultivate partnerships with industry and community to support student outcomes and graduate

Qualifications

• Experience delivering innovative curriculum and high-quality student learning experiences.
• Experience in work-integrated learning, placements or practicum programs connecting students with professional practice.
• Academic leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilités

• Drive excellence in work-integrated and experiential learning through innovative curriculum design, teaching and assessment that connect students with industry, community and professional practice.
• Lead impactful research and scholarship that advances evidence-based practice and contributes to improved educational, workforce and student outcomes.
• Develop and mentor emerging academics and practitioners through leadership, supervision and opportunities for professional and scholarly growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic industry and community partnerships to secure, maintain and expand high-quality placement, practicum and experiential learning opportunities.
• Enhance the student placement experience by providing academic leadership, fostering positive stakeholder relationships and supporting students throughout their professional learning journey.
