You will lead teaching, research and academic leadership, mentor colleagues, and develop practicum opportunities in collaboration with industry and community

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent qualification, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, with willingness to undertake a PhD.
• Experience delivering innovative curriculum and high-quality student learning experiences.
• Experience in work-integrated learning, placements or practicum programs, connecting students with professional practice.
• Demonstrated academic leadership and ability to build partnerships across industry, community and university settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive excellence in work-integrated and experiential learning through innovative curriculum design, teaching and assessment that connect students with industry, community and professional practice.
• Lead impactful research and scholarship that advances evidence-based practice and improves educational and workforce outcomes.
• Develop and mentor emerging academics through leadership, supervision and scholarly growth.
• Build and strengthen strategic industry and community partnerships to secure and expand high-quality placements and experiential learning opportunities.
• Enhance the student placement experience by providing academic leadership and fostering stakeholder relationships.
