Job summary

Western Sydney University Campbelltown invites applications for a Senior Lecturer of Indigenous Health. You will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate Indigenous health teaching, assess student performance and provide constructive feedback using inclusive pedagogies.

Qualifications

• PhD or progress towards PhD in Indigenous health or related field.
• Experience delivering engaging teaching and contributing to course design.
• Strong research profile with leadership and funding experience.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and build community partnerships.
• Experience supervising higher degree research students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, assessment and student support across undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
• Design and deliver learning activities and assess student achievement with inclusive pedagogy.
• Contribute to curriculum development, course administration and quality assurance.
• Undertake individual and collaborative research and participate in funding applications.
• Establish reciprocal partnerships with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
