Job summary

The Lakes College is seeking a permanent part-time LIFT Mentor Teacher for the Senior Secondary space, commencing January 2027. You will work with students, families and staff to maximise achievement, wellbeing and pathway outcomes.

Applicants should demonstrate inclusive practices, targeted interventions, senior assessment support and ability to coordinate strategies to help students achieve QCE or QCIA and transition beyond school.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering inclusive education and NCCD processes.
• Understanding of senior assessment supports and adjustment strategies.
• Ability to analyse student data and identify learning needs.
• Strong collaboration with families, College Counsellors and staff.
• Awareness of adolescent mental health and referral pathways.
