Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan, implement and evaluate differentiated and modified curriculum across individual, small-group and classroom settings.
• Develop, implement and review individual learning and support plans using assessment data and specialist recommendations.
• Work collaboratively within a case-management approach with teachers, families and allied health professionals.
• Apply inclusive education obligations, including reasonable adjustments and NCCD documentation.
• Uphold Trinity Lutheran College's Christian ethos in practice.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate differentiated curricula and interventions.
• Develop and review individual learning plans with data-driven progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families and specialists to coordinate student support.
