In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of leadership and capability development projects and initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic priorities.
Project management will be a core focus, with responsibility for managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, coordinating resources, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. You will play a key role in driving project governance, providing visibility of progress, and supporting effective decision-making through clear reporting and insights.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills will be essential. You will work across a broad network of stakeholders to work towards aligning priorities, collaborate, coordinate working groups and ensure successful execution of project deliverables. The ability to influence, communicate effectively and manage competing priorities will be critical to success.
You will also oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of project-related systems, tools, and digital resources, identifying opportunities to leverage technology, improve efficiency and enhance the overall delivery experience. Through process optimisation and project discipline, you will contribute to the successful implementation of both strategic initiatives and business-as-usual activities.
You will help identify efficiencies, streamline operational processes, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of leadership and capability initiatives.

You are an agile and adaptable professional with experience in project coordination, program delivery, process improvement or a related field, enabling you to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Your strong organisational skills and proactive approach are complemented by the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are confident working with data, systems and digital tools, and can identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and support successful outcomes.
You bring a growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn, along with the confidence to take initiative and contribute new ideas. You enjoy working collaboratively, solving problems and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
