TEKK Group WA is seeking a Lead/Senior Control Systems & SCADA Engineer for our Adelaide team. The role focuses on SCADA design, development and integration with a strong emphasis on Water/Utilities and client-facing leadership.

You will lead and mentor engineers, manage client requirements and deliverables, and collaborate across cross-functional teams on major engineering projects. Hybrid office/home arrangements are available with a competitive package.

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Control Systems & SCADA Engineer to join our client's Adelaide-based team.

This is a key engineering position working across a range of industries, with a strong focus on the Water Industry. The successful candidate will bring strong technical capability, project engineering experience and the ability to work directly with clients while leading and supporting a team of engineers.

Key Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience across:

• SCADA Design, Development & Integration
• PLC, DCS and Automation Control Systems
• Engineering Documentation & Technical Reporting
• Leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Managing and delivering client requirements

Experience working across multiple industries, preferably including Water / Utilities

The ability to combine strong technical engineering capability with effective client management and team leadership will be highly regarded.
