Job summary

Naiman Clarke is seeking a Senior Associate for its national insurance practice. You will join a leading firm renowned for handling complex insurance disputes and work across D&O liability, financial lines, professional indemnity, and statutory liability matters.

You will gain exposure to major insurers and corporate clients, taking ownership of matters while receiving mentorship from experienced principals and a pathway to long-term career progression within a respected national firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in defendant insurance litigation.
• Experience across financial lines, professional indemnity and/or public liability.
• Strong litigation, technical and file management skills.
• Confidence managing matters independently and building client relationships.
• A collaborative approach and an interest in mentoring junior practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Join an established national insurance practice of over 300 specialists, recognised for its expertise in complex insurance disputes.
• Gain exposure to sophisticated D&O liability, financial lines, professional indemnity and statutory liability matters.
• Work on ASIC investigations, regulatory proceedings and complex coverage and defence disputes.
• Take ownership of your own matters while developing strong relationships with major insurers, corporate clients and industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with highly regarded principals who offer genuine mentorship, professional development and long-term career progression.
