Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Brisbane is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join its renowned General Insurance practice. You will advise major insurers across public and product liability, property damage etc, from instruction through resolution.

You'll draft pleadings, advices and settlement documents, with mentoring and clear career pathways in a supportive culture. Hybrid working and exposure to national and international clients are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel positions within a leading national law firm.
• 3–15 years’ PQE with Defendant Insurance or Commercial Litigation background.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client-management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and commitment to quality work.

Responsibilities

• Act for major insurers across public liability, product liability, property damage, professional indemnity and complex personal injury claims from instruction through to resolution.
• Drafting pleadings, advices and settlement documentation.
