With at least five years post‑admission experience, you will mentor junior lawyers, draft and negotiate complex agreements, and build trusted relationships while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture
Qualifikationen
- Five+ years' post-admission experience.
- Senior Lawyer level experience in mining/oil&gas/renewables/native title.
- Ability to engage across new work areas.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Collaborative mindset with mentoring junior lawyers.
Aufgaben
- Advise across mining, oil & gas, renewables and native title matters.
- Lead project components and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within the team.
- Develop a specialisation aligned to interests and capabilities.
- Support cross‑practice collaboration for WA and QLD clients.
