Naiman Clarke in Brisbane is seeking an experienced construction disputes lawyer to join our specialist team. You will work on high-value matters in energy, resources and infrastructure projects, including adjudications, arbitrations and litigation.

The role offers a clear pathway to seniority, exposure to major projects, direct client contact, and the opportunity to draft pleadings and provide technical advice with a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years PQE with strong construction or commercial litigation experience.
• Exposure to construction disputes, adjudications or major project work.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
