Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Canberra is seeking Lawyers/Senior Associates with 2+ years' experience to join its Dispute Resolution team. You will contribute to a range of commercial litigation and complex disputes, including building & construction disputes, dispute resolution, class actions, restructuring and arbitration.

About the role:

• Join a highly collaborative, dynamic and high performing Dispute Resolution practice.
• Be involve in a range of commercial litigation and complex disputes matters, such as building & construction disputes, dispute resolution, class actions, restructuring + insolvency and arbitration.

The ideal candidate:

• Seeking Lawyers/Senior Associates with upwards of 2+ years experience coming out of a reputable practice in a commercial law firm.
• Efficient & diligent, with a committed approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail.
• A collaborative, team-first approach and desire to mentor junior colleagues
• A commercial mindset, with extensive client facing experience and ability to deliver clear, practical advice
