Job summary

Naiman Clarke is seeking an Associate to advise on back-end construction matters for major infrastructure and energy projects in Australia. The role involves work across renewables, transport, power, water and public infrastructure, with opportunities to manage disputes and provide strategic risk and contract advice.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ PQE in back-end construction, infrastructure or contract-based law.
• Strong academic record and top-tier or international firm experience preferred.
• Excellent drafting, technical and commercial advisory skills.
• Client-focused, proactive and confident communicator.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work across multiple jurisdictions.
