Job summary

Monaco Landscapes is seeking a Senior Landscape Estimator & Business Development Manager in Victoria. You will drive new business opportunities and manage the estimating and sales process from lead to award, building relationships with builders, developers, architects and commercial clients.

The role focuses on sourcing projects, preparing estimates, pricing tenders, and maintaining an ongoing pipeline while aligning pricing with company margins.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape estimating, construction estimating, project management or business development.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Actively sourcing new residential, commercial and rectification landscape projects.
• Developing relationships with builders, developers, architects and clients.
• Preparing detailed quotations, estimates and tender submissions.
• Identifying construction risks, pricing variations and ensuring margins.
• Maintaining an active sales and estimating pipeline and following up quotes.
• Assisting with forecasting future workload and project commencements.
