Job summary

Solid Ground Landscaping in Sydney is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Estimator & Business Development Manager to drive opportunities from initial client conversations through to proposals and delivery. You will walk sites, capture needs, develop scopes, prepare accurate cost estimates and present professional tender submissions.

The role combines estimating with client relationship building across commercial, education and private sites, offering a car allowance and a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction estimating and client-facing roles.
• Ability to develop scopes, prepare estimates and present proposals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with existing and prospective clients and conduct site inspections.
• Identify opportunities for landscape improvements and new construction works.
• Develop practical landscape concepts, scopes and solutions.
• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and project budgets.
• Prepare professional proposals, tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Present proposals and quotations to clients and guide them through works.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and develop new business.
• Follow up proposals through to securing work and ensure delivery alignment.
