Job summary

Burly Holdings is seeking an experienced estimator to price large commercial landscaping projects and prepare detailed tender submissions. You will review drawings and specifications, obtain supplier pricing, and build budget sheets covering labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.

The role requires independent work from tender through to completion, with a focus on identifying risks and opportunities and helping the delivery team manage costs.

Qualifications

• Experience with large commercial landscaping estimates.
• Proficient in spreadsheet budgeting and cost-tracking.
• Ability to work independently from tender to completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
• Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare project budgets for labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Track actual costs against budgets and price variations.
• Provide clear handovers to the delivery team.
