CP Personnel is seeking a Senior Labour Hire Consultant/Manager to lead and grow the Labour Hire operation. You will be supported by a dedicated Resourcer and have access to external payroll services, enabling you to focus on managing clients and candidates.

This opportunity offers a solid base salary with profit share, and potential equity in the business unit after a qualifying period; runs are on the board for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 year’s experience as a professional recruiter in labour hire and contracting services.
• You are a career focused individual with obvious business and management skills.
• You are self-driven and settle for nothing less than success.
• Previous experience managing a team or Labour Hire business unit would be highly regarded.

• Manage Labour Hire operation and grow the business.

• Develop client and candidate relationships, with support from a Resourcer.
• Negotiate base salary, profit share, and equity opportunities.
