Adbri Limited is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on major projects across Western Australia. You will build strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, government and infrastructure clients, while balancing account management with business development and collaborating with operations and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in concrete and aggregates.
• Established network or ability to build rapport quickly.
• Commercial acumen to engage Tier 1 clients and senior decision-makers.
• Understanding of concrete mix design or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently while supporting teammates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in Perth.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities with clients and contractors.
• Lead engagements through tendering, pricing, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with production, technical and quality teams to ensure commitments are achievable.
• Maintain CRM data and contribute to forecasts.
• Promote safe work practices on site.
