Job summary

Infrastructure Canberra is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead the planning, procurement and delivery of justice infrastructure projects within the ACT Government. You will manage a small team and work with consultants and contractors to deliver on priorities in the justice infrastructure space.

The role requires strong project management experience, proactive and organised approach, and the ability to maintain productive relationships in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering – four-year degree or higher and 10+ years relevant experience
• Architecture – three-year degree or higher and 10+ years relevant experience
• Project Management – diploma with 10+ years or CPPD/CPPE certification with degree and 10+ years experience
• NV2 Security Clearance or ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle including procurement, contract management, stakeholder engagement, risk management and reporting
• Manage planning, procurement and delivery of justice infrastructure projects in partnership with the Justice and Community Safety Directorate and ACT Policing
• Lead a small team along with consultants and contractors to deliver on key priorities in the justice infrastructure space
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards
• Maintain productive relationships in a dynamic environment
