Job summary

Department of Justice seeks a Senior Project Officer (Maintenance) to coordinate infrastructure maintenance programs, monitor budgets, and advise on priorities for asset life cycles. The role requires engagement with internal business areas, government agencies and external stakeholders across regional sites.

You will lead minor works, maintenance planning and improvement initiatives while ensuring delivery within time and budget, with travel across regional WA as required.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with a wide range of stakeholders including Department business areas and other parties involved in maintenance and minor works.
• Monitors progress of minor works projects to ensure milestones and performance indicators are met within time and budget.
• Prepare, maintain, and undertake infrastructure asset maintenance, replacement and improvement plans for asset life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, replacement and minor works within budget and timelines.
• Provide expert guidance on maintenance and improvement priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to schedules for asset life cycles and monitor progress against plans.
