Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a senior technician to lead our MSP team. You’ll keep the service desk moving, tackle complex problems, and continue hands-on technical work daily.

You’ll spend most of your time on the tools, resolving escalations, and mentoring teammates, with a clear path toward service desk management. Strong communication and the ability to juggle tickets while guiding others will help you grow.

Qualifications

• Senior technician with Microsoft environments experience.
• Experience guiding or leading others.
• Strong time and ticket management.
• Calm, clear communication with customers and technicians.
• Ability to escalate and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex and escalated technical issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and Azure.
• Assist with security alert triage and project work.
• Work with customers remotely and on-site as required.
• Coach and guide less experienced team members.
