Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience supporting Microsoft environments (M365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server).
• Real experience investigating security alerts: pivot from alert to device timelines, sign-in logs, and process trees.
• Comfort with PowerShell and willingness to automate rather than repeat.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-user tickets across our client base: troubleshoot, fix, and communicate clearly with non-technical people.
• Own issues through to resolution and document what you did.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online; manage Windows Server environments (on-prem, Azure, AWS).
• Deliver project work: migrations, deployments, tenant setups, and improvements.
• Triaging and investigating security alerts; using Defender and SIEM platforms to identify root causes.
• Write and maintain scripts to automate repetitive work; Linux administration and troubleshooting.
