Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Manager (SBL) to lead service planning and performance coordination across IT service providers and stakeholders throughout the Service lifecycle. You will act as the primary on-site contact for program communications and ensure engineered components align with customer requirements, schedules, and milestones.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive accountability, manage risks, and deliver Network Connectivity Service projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, personal and governance skills to resolve problems and manage projects from start to finish with efficiency.
• Background in IT, computer systems engineering, systems engineering and analysis, or project management.
• Experience with service or product management.
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Go-to person on site on behalf of the program for communication behind Program SBLs and project managers as the final contact point for complex endeavors during development/implementation.
• Ensure all engineering and operation systems work together to meet functional and technical requirements for customer needs.
• Identify and coordinate with stakeholders to communicate and resolve problems within projects and service offerings (people, process, technology).
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive shared accountability and program delivery for Network Connectivity Service requests and program projects.
• Represent program information, manage key relationships, host reviews, and establish standards for performance and progress measurement.
