Job summary

You will deliver training and outreach programs, provide business analysis and strategic insights into customer experience trends, and rely on a sound background in stakeholder engagement and digital service

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer relations management.
• Experience in digital service delivery in a complex, decentralised environment.
• Knowledge of workplace technologies, Microsoft 365 and ITIL service delivery principles.
