Job summary

The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia in Adelaide is seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions that support our remote health services.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, map processes, design solutions and champion data governance while ensuring privacy and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with ERP, web/mobile technologies or specialised business applications.
• Experience delivering IT business applications in Finance, HR, Payroll or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design skills.
• Experience developing user stories and supporting UAT activities.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through technology and data-driven improvements.
• Champion data governance and data integration to improve reporting.
• Develop business analysis artefacts including process maps, requirements documentation and solution designs.
• Support the implementation of business systems and applications with governance and security considerations.
• Facilitate UAT, training workshops and change management activities.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to deliver outcomes.
