The Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia invites applications for an IT Business Applications Administrator based in Adelaide. You will support and enhance a suite of business-critical applications across multiple areas, ensuring security, reliability, and alignment with organisational needs.

Collaborative IT professional with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder communication and a focus on process improvement will thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise or business applications in a multi-user environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of application security, user access management and data governance principles.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience working with integrated business systems, reporting platforms or digital transformation projects will be highly regarded.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and technically capable IT Business Applications Administrator to join our Information Technology team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing a suite of business-critical applications that enable the organisation to deliver efficient and effective services across multiple operational areas. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and aligned with organisational needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Administering and maintaining business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Managing system access, user permissions and application security.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues and coordinating vendor support where required.
