Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor to join our on-site team in Mudgee, NSW, to support a major infrastructure project. The role focuses on union engagement, right of entry, and maintaining productive workplace relationships.

You will collaborate with project leadership, site management and HR to identify and manage industrial risks, ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act, Enterprise Agreements and site protocols. Local candidates or relocation support are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Relations Advisor or Senior IR Advisor on large construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for union representatives, managing day-to-day union engagement across site.
• Coordinate and manage union right of entry requests in line with legislation and site protocols.
• Provide IR guidance to project leadership, supervisors and site management.
• Identify emerging industrial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
