Job summary

PROEKT Architecture, based in Claremont, is seeking a mid-to-senior Interior Designer to own interior design packages from concept through technical documentation, FF&E specification, and site delivery. You will work on integrated architectural projects and standalone interior design briefs across high-end homes and multi-residential spaces.

Key requirements include 3+ years post-graduation experience in Western Australia, a degree/diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years post-graduation experience within Western Australia.
• High-end residential and Class 2 multi-dwelling experience is essential.
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Spatial Design: Translate client briefs into refined spatial layouts, material palettes, and lighting concepts.
• Technical Documentation: Produce accurate CAD/BIM drawing packages (plans, elevations, joinery details, and construction schedules).
• Class 2 & Multi-Residential Execution: Apply deep knowledge of multi-dwelling construction standards to ensure design compliance and buildability.
• FF&E & Procurement: Source, specify, and schedule finishes, fixtures, equipment, and furniture tailored to client briefs and budgets.
• Collaborative Delivery: Coordinate directly with architects, builders, suppliers, and trades to maintain design integrity on site.
