Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Senior IntelliMatch Consultant with 11+ years of experience in financial reconciliation to lead complex transformation projects for global clients. You will design solutions, implement, consult and mentor teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end IntelliMatch deployments, configuring modules, driving automation, and overseeing testing cycles. Strong stakeholder management and domain knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in financial reconciliation platforms.
• Proficient SQL development across Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and PostgreSQL.
• Unix/Linux scripting, ETL and environment management.
• Deep domain knowledge in capital markets, investment banking and asset management.
• Experience delivering via Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IntelliMatch implementations across cash, nostro, securities, GL, position and trade reconciliations.
• Configure and maintain IntelliMatch modules: Recollector, Administrator, Reconciliation Manager, Scheduler, Security Administration.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reconciliation strategies as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Drive automation and transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead platform installations, upgrades and migrations.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression and production validation testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot reconciliation breaks and provide production support.
