Job summary

Talent Corp is seeking an Integration Director for a 12-month initial contract with strong extension potential for a major Federal Government agency in Melbourne. You will provide strategic leadership of enterprise integration architecture, platforms and ICT transformation programs.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, engage with senior executives, establish roadmaps and governance, and oversee API, cloud and data integration initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading technical teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise integration platform implementations.
• Strong knowledge of modern integration technologies such as Kong, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft.
• Experience managing large-scale ICT transformation programs within Government.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, API management, cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of technical specialists.
• Provide strategic direction and technical oversight across enterprise integration architecture and delivery.
• Oversee integration solutions across applications, APIs, cloud platforms and data services.
• Establish integration roadmaps, architectural standards, delivery priorities and governance.
• Manage a portfolio of integration initiatives and major ICT transformation projects.
• Coordinate complex technical dependencies across multiple programs, vendors and delivery teams.
• Oversee integration platform implementations and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives, business stakeholders, architecture teams and external partners.
• Chair governance forums and steering committees with portfolio updates and risk reviews.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
