Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration design across multiple business and technology streams in a Melbourne-based role with flexible working arrangements. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
• Experience with IBM App Connect and IBM DataStage.
• Ability to lead integration delivery across multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration solution design across a complex enterprise environment.
• Define APIs, middleware, ETL, batch and system-to-system integration patterns.
• Produce detailed interface specifications, mappings, transformation rules and integration contracts.
• Manage cross-system dependencies, integration testing readiness and cutover planning.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams throughout build and implementation.
