Job description

Integration Lead

We're partnering with a well-known organisation undertaking a large-scale transformation and seeking an experienced Integration Lead to own end-to-end integration design across multiple business and technology streams. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys operating at both architecture and detailed design level, working closely with application teams, vendors and delivery stakeholders to ensure complex integrations are successfully delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration solution design across a complex enterprise environment.
• Define APIs, middleware, ETL, batch and system-to-system integration patterns.
• Produce detailed interface specifications, mappings, transformation rules and integration contracts.
• Manage cross-system dependencies, integration testing readiness and cutover planning.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams throughout build and implementation.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience designing integrations within large enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration and middleware platforms.
• Experience with IBM App Connect, IBM DataStage and complex integration landscapes.
• Strong API, ETL, batch, event-driven and orchestration experience.
• Comfortable working from high-level architecture through to detailed field mapping and interface design.
• Proven ability to lead integration delivery across multiple concurrent streams.
