Job summary

Whizdom is seeking an experienced Integration Architect in Sydney to lead end-to-end enterprise integration across cloud, hybrid and on-prem environments. You will shape architecture, set best practices, and guide delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure integration solutions for a major enterprise client.

The role requires deep expertise in REST APIs, OpenAPI, API security, and event-driven architectures, with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience across cloud and hybrid integration architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, API security, web services and messaging.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring integration developers.
• Experience in Agile delivery and architecture documentation.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to deliver end-to-end integration solutions that support strategic business and technology initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping integration architecture, defining best practices, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready integration solutions.

This position requires a strong combination of technical architecture expertise, solution design capability, and stakeholder engagement skills to translate business requirements into effective technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Excellent communication and architecture documentation skills.
